Description
A corrosion inhibitor for steel and copper in aqueous solutions. It is particularly suitable for the prevention of standstill corrosions.
The product consists of a synergistically acting blend of special carboxylic acid derivatives and copper inhibitors.
Benefits
Is insensitive to the scale forming agents of the water to a large extent.
Dosing, Addition
The optimum dosing rate should be determined with our Department for Application Technique. The following values are guide rates.
- In general a circulation system can be protected against corrosion by adding 0.5 %
KEBOCOR 206 CU. - In case of standstill corrosions of freshly pickled surfaces 1 % KEBOCOR 206 CU should be added.
- Highly salty waters require a concentration of 1.5 - 2.0 % KEBOCOR 206 CU.

Storage
In closed original packages KEBOCOR 206 CU is storable for at least two years.
KEBOCOR 206 CU may become darker in the course of time, however, without losing its efficiency.

In case of proper application KEBOCOR 206 CU complies with the requirements of the German Food and Feed Code (LFGB, revised version by announcement of 15.09.2021).The products shown on our website are only a selection of our entire product range.
