Highly effective silicone-based defoamer emulsion developed for use in food processing, distillation and rectification processes and many other industrial processes.
Benefits
- KEBOSPUM VZ can be added in undiluted form as well as diluted with water.
- The most favourable form of application depends on the individual local conditions. There are different possibilities of application:
- Spraying of the undiluted or diluted antifoam on the foam surface
- Batchwise addition of the diluted or undiluted antifoam, preferably to eliminate already existing foam
- Preferably continuous addition for the prevention of foam formation.
Dosing, Addition
As the addition of the antifoam depends on the degree of foam formation and the foam stability, it is not possible to indicate any details about the necessary quantities. In general the dosing rate amounts to 0.1 up to 0.5 %. We recommend to determine the most favourable dosing rate by tests on your own with the medium tending to foam.

Storage
In closed original packages KEBOSPUM VZ is storable for at least 6 months. Protect from frost.

In case of proper application KEBOSPUM VZ complies with the requirements of the German Food and Feed Code (LFGB, revised version by announcement of 15.09.2021).The products shown on our website are only a selection of our entire product range.
